Located at the intersection of Westley Road and Fox Hollies Road, the Acocks Green Recreation Ground is easily accessible via road and rail. The grassy, open space hosts a variety of events, but is best known as the venue for the annual Acocks Green Carnival. While not being used as an event venue, the grounds, and its adjoining playground, attract casual visitors who are drawn here by the promise of open space.
