Blue Hole Falls, named after the pit of deep-blue water into which the waterfall cascades, is located in the High Shoals Scenic Area. Accessible from the High Shoals Creek, this is a popular spot for hikers to take a swim to cool off or even for campers to enjoy a picnic. The short hike is easy enough for inexperienced hikers and is fun for well-seasoned ones as well.
