This festival is one of the largest open-air hip hop events in Europe. If your favorite mainstream rapper is touring in Europe this summer, there is a big chance that they will stop by Frauenfeld. The festival's past guests include 50 Cent and Kanye West. Hip hop wasn't always its sole focus - in the 1980s and 1990s the festival hosted concerts by major pop and rock acts such as David Bowie and The Rolling Stones.
