Eduard Martinus Kattenburg is a Dutch singer better known by his stage name Tino Martin. He first got into the industry at 14 as a René Froger impersonator. He participated and placed second in the international TV show Soundmixshow. After being dropped from the show Idols for not having a distinct voice, Martin decided to focus on developing his own sound. He began working on his own bank of songs after signing a deal with the label Studio One. His breakthrough came in the year 2014 with the album Jij liet me vallen, for which he won an Edison Award. A single from the album - "Toch zal ik altijd aan je denken" was streamed over a million times online. His subsequent works helped continue his success streak and he picked up awards consistently. His songs "Loop Niet Weg," "Zij Weet Het," "Voorbij," "When You Tell Me That You Love Me" and "Dat Ik Je Zo Zou Missen" have especially been loved by his audience.
