November Coming Fire emerged out of the Canterbury Hardcore scene in Kent, England, in 2001 and quickly became one of the most respected bands of the scene through their intense live shows and debut MCD Black Ballads (released 2003). After a whole year of touring, November Coming Fire set upon their real aim; to be a unique and original Hardcore band. Confiding in a massive range of influences ranging over the last 25 years of alternative music, November Coming Fire set upon writing their first full-album Dungeness. The album is full of riffs and rhythms that pay homage to an impressive amount of bands, and although it’s aura and sound is fairly bleak, they still manage to come away with a record that is challenging and overall, uplifting.
