Known fondly as “The Airlie Birds”, Hull F.C. is a rugby league club based in the city of Hull, England that was formed in 1865. It is a competitor in the Super League and is also a charter member of the Northern Rugby Football Union. The club has a long list of honors which most notably include prestigious titles such as the Super League, Challenge Cup, RFL Yorkshire Cup and the RFL Yorkshire League. Peter Sterling, Richard Horne and Tommy Harris are a few notable alumni that have been included in the club’s Hall of Fame. It plays its home fixtures at the KCOM Stadium and has a long-standing rivalry with Hull Kingston Rovers.
