Saint Jude

Saint Jude is a UK-based blues-rock outfit from London. Formed in 2005, the group established itself quickly with the release of its debut LP, Diary of a Soul Fiend, in 2009. Lead singer Lynne Jackaman fronts the band with a powerful and soaring vocal style that is inspired by classic rock and soul divas such as Janis Joplin and Aretha Franklin. Saint Jude's guitar-based blues and alternative rock hybrid won it a nomination for "Best New Band" at Roll of Honour and the six-piece continues to find new enthusiastic followers for its organ-tinged tunes.
