Szandi, full name Pintácsi Alexandra, was born in 1976 in Budapest and started singing for an audience at the age of 14. Her album, Tinédzser l'amour, was extremely successful and in the 1990s she was already the role model of many teenage girls. In 1991 they made a biographical film of her life, in which she played her own role. Besides singing she is fond of horses too, she takes part in races as well.
