Doug Benson

Doug Benson is an American stand-up comedian known for the documentary Super High Me and his frequent commentary on marijuana use. After dropping out of college, he moved from San Diego to Los Angeles in hopes of finding acting work. Eventually, he wound up trying his hand at stand-up during an open mic and quickly decided to shift his focus to comedy. Benson's stoner shtick has become a hit across the US, as have his film and stage ventures, such as the aforementioned Super High Me and his Off-Broadway show, The Marijuana-Logues.
