Hailing from British Columbia, Downlink is an electronic music producer who was introduced to dubstep in 2007 and has been creating his own brand ever since. With a frantic high-energy sound inspired by heavy metal, he has collaborated with other IDM figures such as Excision and Datsik as well as the nu metal outfit, Korn. Despite the influx of electronic music makers within the last decade, Downlink has earned an audience across North America and Europe with his dance-heavy fusion of jungle and drum and bass music.
