Ebrahim Hamedi, widely known by his stage name Ebi, is a renowned Iranian pop singer who began his musical journey in Tehran and gained popularity as a member of a band before becoming a successful solo performer. In 1977, he relocated to Los Angeles, two years before the Iranian revolution, and continued his music career in exile. Over the course of five decades, Ebi has produced an impressive body of work, boasting almost 200 singles and over 30 albums.
