Ewan Dobson

Ewan Dobson is a Canadian singer/songwriter and guitarist who is renowned for his virtuosic finger-picking style. Influenced by the manic pace of video game music, he employs unorthodox, extended techniques, such as playing with a dental floss-stringed guitar. The results are a combination of bluegrass, classical music, heavy metal and electronic sounds. Dobson self-released his first three records, starting with his 2007 debut album, Guitar, before signing with CandyRat Records and dropping his eponymous fourth LP in 2009.
