Jenny Scheinman is a jazz violinist from San Francisco who released her debut album, The Rabbi's Lover, in 2002. With a unique sound that incorporates elements of country and folk within the confines of a loose jazz structure, Scheinman has performed and served as violinist for music greats like Aretha Franklin, Lou Reed and Bill Frisell.
