After hearing and falling in love with jazz at a young age Jeremy Pelt was galvanized into pursuing the jazz trumpet. After studying at the prestigious Berklee College of Music, Pelt would go on to serve as a sideman for jazz greats Ravi Coltrane and Roy Hargrove, before going on to launch his solo endeavors with his debut album, Insight, in 2002.
