Prophets in Stereo, a band hailing from Bucks County, was born in the vibrant musical landscape of late-summer 2008. Led by singer and songwriter James Seward, alongside guitarist Christ Covatta, bassist Ben Cleal, and drummer Dan Quill, they swiftly honed a distinctive and progressive sound that blended elements of bluegrass, jazz, and rock. For Seward, known for his acclaimed folk albums with Steve Garvey of The Buzzcocks, this project marked a foray into the realm of full-band expression. Their inaugural full-length album, recorded in the winter of 2009 and produced by Andrew Weiss of Ween and Rollins Band fame, stands as a testament to their innovative musical fusion.
