Born and raised in Massachusetts, Samuel Adams Wisner (or simply, Sam Adams), is an up-and-coming rapper who started his music career by making songs on his laptop in his college dorm. When his remix of Asher Roth's "I Love College" caught on, Adams was on his way to drawing much more attention to his feel good, party rap style. His 2010 EP, Boston's Boy, hit number 73 on the Billboard 200 chart despite not having any substantial radio airplay, proving the underground following he'd developed via the internet and word-of-mouth. With a subsequent mixtape and Lollapalooza appearance following the success of Boston's Boy, Sam Adams seems poised to take another step forward in the eyes of hip-hop fans.
