Alexander Marcus

Alexander Marcus was born in Berlin, 1979 as Felix Rennefeld. He plays music in the burgeoning genre of electrolore, which is a combination of traditional (in this case, German) folk music and techno. His style is a parody of itself and of contemporary pop art and music. The persona of Alexander Marcus is a bit like Andy Kaufmann in his deadpan earnestness, but one is never sure what the real intention is.
