Die Kassierer (The Cashiers) is an experimental punk rock band from Wattenscheid, Germany. Their lyrics are often very satirical, and often includes obscene, violent and political irony. Therefore, the band is often misunderstood and confronted with rejection and social marginalization. The music style of Die Kassierer is very diverse, ranging from jazz over folk up to heavy rock.
