Supercharge is a rock band that was founded by singer/saxophonist Albie Donnelly and Dave Irving in 1974. Though based out of England, the group managed to find charting success in Australia with its popular 1977 single, "You've Gotta Get Up and Dance." Never having achieved much in terms of mainstream or cross over success, Sucercharge has nevertheless maintained a consistent album release schedule in addition to a fairly busy touring regime.
