Fritz Kalkbrenner

Fritz Kalkbrenner is a German electronic artist who has built a career around his characteristic producing style that blends vintage soul samples with distinctively modern rhythms. Starting work as a music journalist in 2002 and scoring the soundtrack to the film Berlin Callin, Kalkbrenner surrounded himself around the German music community before venturing out on his own and releasing his debut solo LP, Here Today Gone Tomorrow, in 2010 to resounding commercial and critical acclaim.
