Notkea Rotta is a hip hop artist from Helsinki, Finland, and also the leader of a hip hop group of the same name. The band released its debut album, Panokset piippuun, pöhinät pönttöön in 2002. Notkea Rotta’s lyrics describe and criticize the suburban life of Helsinki.
