Born in Los Angeles, Albert Hammond Jr. is a musician best known as the guitarist of garage rock band The Strokes. Known for his signature three-piece suits, Hammond has been cited by his bandmates as The Strokes' biggest stylistic influence. As a solo musician, he released Yours to Keep in 2006 as well asÂ¿CÃ³mo Te Llama? in 2008, demonstrating his strong songwriting abilities. Hammond has joined bands such as Incubus and Coldplay on tour and produced for acts such as The Postelles.
