Matias Aguayo

A crossbreed of his Chilean birth and German upbringing, Matias Aguayo masterfully crafts Spanish electro beats with tinges of tropicalia and dark disco. Both vocal and tape loops are signature to his sound, but despite this reliance on repetition, Aguayo keeps the listener hypnotized. Somewhat of a nomad, Aguayo drifts around the world absorbing various musical cultures and throwing "bumbumbox" parties in the streets of South American capitals.
