Jeremy Shaw, who releases music under the Circlesquare guise, makes songs that are slow but menacing - almost like a powerful medieval army walking on foot over 1000 miles. There's defined depth to many of the tracks Shaw crafts but they rarely ever come to the sonic fruition that most listeners probably expect them to. With tepid instrumental tracks laid down, below his coolly, almost disinterested voice, Shaw has been making a name for himself on the modern electro scene and as he continues to release music, his notoriety will undoubtedly only grow.
