Driver Friendly is an indie rock outfit that rose out of Austin, TX with a powerpop sound. Though the group released its debut album Chase the White Whale, in 2008, the group harnessed its signature melodic, high-energy style on the follow-up LP, Burry A Dream. Driver Friendly self-released the album in 2012, but it was quickly re-issued by Hopeless Records, who went on to release the band's subsequent records including the 2013 full-length, Unimagined Bridges.
