Slingshot Dakota

Hailing from Bethlehem, PA Slingshot Dakota is an indie punk duo that creates a fusion of emo, indie rock and punk. Vocalist and keyboardist Carly Comando and drummer Tom Patterson joined forces in the early 2000s and released their band's debut album Keener Sighs, in 2004 with Immigrant Sun Records. After self-releasing its sophomore record, 2007's Their Dreams Are Dead, But Ours Is The Golden Ghost, Slingshot Dakota signed with Topshelf Records and dropped Dark Hearts, in 2012.
