Loop

Loop is an experimental rock band that was formed in 1986 by vocalist Robert Hampson. During its initial run, the band mastered a psychedelic fusion of krautrock and shoegaze that was first harnessed for its 1987 debut album, Heaven's End. Despite cultivating a rabid international following, the band called it quits after two more LPs. Loop reunited in 2013, featuring its complete lineup from its last record, 1990's A Gilded Eternity, and quickly hit the festival circuit with appearances at the 2013 installment of All Tomorrow's Parties and 2014's Austin Psych Fest.
