Chatham Rise

Chatham Rise is a psychedelic influenced shoegaze band from Minneapolis, Minnesota. With drone-y atmospherics and a dark timbre, the group manages to pioneer a unique sound for itself that also pays respects to similar sounding bands that've already blazed a trail of sonic ingenuity. Formed in 2010, Chatham Rise would go on to tour its native Great Lakes region--honing its sound and polishing its live approach--before entering into the studio to record its 2012 debut album.
