Spanish Gold

Spanish Gold is alternative rock trio comprised of Patrick Hallahan of My Morning Jacket, Dante Schwebel of Hacienda and Adrian Quesada of Brownout. Initially started in 2012 as a casual collaborative project between childhood friends Schwebel and Quesada, cutting out demos in Quesada's studio in their hometown of Laredo, Texas, the two eventually brought aboard Hallahan to round out and drum on the tracks. The trio would go on to record its debut 2014 full length, South of Nowhere, recorded at Dan Auerbach's Easy Eye Studio in Nashville.
