Luminaries

Spawned from the culturally aware depths of Los Angeles's elevated hip-hop scene, Luminaries is a collective that pushes the confines of what is traditionally expected from rap musicians. Incorporating an easy going, yet attentive sound that blends beach funk with no-nonsense low end rhythm blasts, the group has manages to create a style of music that's perfectly at home amid Southern California's sprawling music scene. The group released its debut LP, One, in 2011.
