Desert Dwellers is an electronic music/DJ duo that travels the desert roads that run between Santa Fe, New Mexico and Los Angeles, California in an effort to bring their caravan of light and sound to audiences looking for a more spiritual experience on the dance floor. Preferring to present their mixes to eager crowds under the stars as opposed to the cramped, indoor spaces of urban clubs, Desert Dwellers know that the right setting makes all the difference when trying to uplift the spirits of its audience. The outdoor experience is further complimented by the duo's luscious mix of sound that includes elements of world-fusion, ambient and downtempo grooves, as well as some heavier dub and house beats thrown in every now and then to get the blood going.
