Big Sandy and His Fly-Rite Boys

Big Sandy & His Fly-Rite Boys is a band from Anaheim, California that blends a number of varied styles including boogie and swing to create a distinctive country sonic amalgam. Founded in the late 1980s as part of the rockabilly revival, the band started to distinguish itself with its characteristically original and modern sound. The group released its debut album, Fly Right with Big Sandy & the Fly-Rite Trio, in 1990 and since then the band has maintained a fairly prolific recording schedule.
