Spearmint

Spearmint is a London-based outfit that owns an alternative indie pop sound. The band introduced itself with the 1998 compilation, Songs for the Colour Yellow, before dropping its debut studio LP, A Week Away, the following year. Though it helped the band collect a following around its home country, the concept album earned little traction overseas. While Spearmint never earned mainstream attention for any of its subsequent albums, the band has garnered cult-like status among its dedicated audience.
