Samuel L Cool J

Samuel L Cool J is an American blues, soul and motown band based out of Phoenix and Los Angeles. The band was founded by Joel Marquard and Haendel Balzora. Completing the band are famous cast members of the musical Valley of the Sun and different members of the bands Gospel Claws, Trough and Through Gospel Review, Ladylike, Wooden Indian, Mergence and Programming Hiro. Samuel L Cool J signed a record contract with the label Common Wall Media and released its debut single "Slip and Slide" in 2014. Their unique music mixture brings the vibe of the 50s and 60s soulful tune back, but with a modern twist and pop influences.
