Ra Scion

Ryan Abeo, who performs and releases music under his moniker RA Scion, is a Seattle-based rapper who released his debut album, Live and Learn, in 2004. Born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky, Abeo would go on to live in a number of locales around the globe including, Zambia and Greece, before setteling down in the Pacific Northwest. With lyrical themes typically structured around racial inequality, the death of the middle class and gender rights, Abeo has proven himself as one of the more socially aware rappers in the Seattle hip-hop scene.
