Fantastic Negrito

Fantastic Negrito is a blues musician whose story reads like a cinematic tale of overcoming the worse case scenario. Rising out of Oakland, CA and earning a million-dollar record deal, he was on the bullet train to the top of the modern blues scene. His intrinsic musical mind and taste for rawness captivated audiences of not only blues but also of rock and soul. In a terrible twist of fate, he was nearly killed in a car accident that left him in a coma. When he woke up with a mangled hand, he pushed forward making music, despite not being able to play piano, drums or slide guitar the same again. Blending Delta blues with looping pedals and samples of his own live instrumentation, he bridges the past and present of blues to lift his honest songwriting to new levels of greatness.
