The Canadian ice hockey team, Regina Pats, was formed in 1917 and is based in the city of Regina in Saskatchewan. Throughout its history in the game, the team has amassed many achievements and built a respectable track record for itself. It is the winner of multiple Western Hockey Leagues, Memorial Cups, Abbott Cups and more. The team is powered by a roster that has been home to several stalwart players such as Doug Wickenheiser, Dale Derkatch and Jock Callander. The team plays its home games at the Brandt Centre and is currently one of the competitors in the Western Hockey League.
