Kawala

Kawala is a band from Leeds, England that builds tasteful songs centered around close vocal harmonies, rhythmic finger plucked guitar arrangements and lilting percusion. Inspired by bands like Bombay Bicycle Club and Half Moon Run, Kawala's unique sound blends together atmospheric hooks, afrobeat drum patterns and propulsive bass licks. The group released its debut single, "Beautiful Escape," in 2018 and since then the group has kept active, releasing additional material and maintaining a busy touring regime.
