Katherine Paul, who performs and releases music as Black Belt Eagle Scout, is a Portland, Oregon-based indie rock singer/songwriter who released her debut album, Mother of My Children, in 2018. Self identifying as a "radical indigenous queer feminist," Paul fills her Black Belt Eagle Scout songs with lyrical themes centering around Native American rights, non-binary gender politics and human rights issues.
