FC Luzern is a Swiss football club the rose out of Lucerne in 1901. The team hosts its games at the Swissporarena, which was built in 2011 to replace the Stadio Allmend. FC Luzern wont its first Swiss Cup in 1960 and its first Swiss Super League championship in 1989. Though the club has no deep-seated rivalries, it has a dedicated following of local supporters.
