Air Waves

The project of singer/songwriter Nicole Schneit along with a rotating cast of her friends, Air Waves came to light in early 2007 when Schneit sought solace in songwriting. After a few months, Schneit had a catalog of jangle pop songs laden with subtle reverb and heavily influenced by americana, which she enlisted other Brooklyn based musicians to help her play. While Air Waves has remained, for the most part, under the radar of music connoisseurs, it has a loyal following in New York, made up primarily of other musicians who appreciate Schneit's songwriting abilities.
