The Steel Woods

The Steel Woods is a band from Nashville which makes hard-hitting country music. After the success of its debut album, Straw in the Wind, the band developed a special place in the hearts of its listeners. By taking inspirations from legendary artists, the band has managed to find its own style of music, which is complex but has won it many praises. Its song "I’m Gonna Love You" has been considered as one of its best creations, the song shows cases the band's style of not sticking to the textbook country music but infusing it with some southern poetry and amping it up with heavy doses of rock and blues. The album awarded them with a huge fan base and a spot on the Billboard's Independent Albums chart.
