Tomorrows Bad Seeds

Southern California band Tomorrows Bad Seeds are clear inheritors of Southern California's well-established intersection of punk/reggae/ska. In the same veign as the Long Beach, California band Sublime, Tomorrows Bad Seeds stray from said band's more debaucherous lyrics to include reggae's lyrical tradition of positivity, gratitude and optimism. Reggae's familiar chord progression is a strong thread through the music of Tomorrows Bad Seeds, as is punk and hardcore's distortion-heavy guitar and percussive speed, thus making for a sound that is equal parts high-energy and low-energy.
