Chester French is a band from Cambridge, Massachusetts that blends a number of styles including blue eyed soul, synthpop and neo-psych into one cohesive and extremely listenable whole. Formed in 2003, the group began playing a number of shows around the New England area--honing its approach and polishing its characteristic sound--before entering the studio to record its debut 2009 LP, Love the Future. Having since gone on to incorporate a number of pop and hip-hop elements into its sonic aesthetic, Chester French has proven itself as a band that's unafraid to evolve its sound in order to achieve its musical endgame.
