Sundress (not to be confused with The Sundresses) is a twee act from Denton, Texas that experienced an interesting evolution in its name: from This Old House, to Odyssey, and finally, to Sundress. Although the name changes were done primarily for copyright reasons, it does provide an interesting roadmap to the evolution of the band's sound--a synthesis of good old-fashioned folk and spacey rock that strangely results in music that one might enjoy listening to on a Sunday stroll through the park. Since the release of the band's debut EP Fever, Sundress is looking forward to sharing how far its music has come.
