We Were The States

Formerly called simply The States, We Were The States, is a garage rock band from Murfreesboro, TN. The band's raucous, freewheeling style and penchant for bluesy riffs and noisy rave-ups have made it a sought-after live act. The group's songs are full of fast tempos, fuzzed-out guitars and high energy, but are better experienced live, as its recordings don't do We Were The States justice.
