After the acclaimed Parisian quartet Cyann & Ben decided to call it quits, the same four members reformed into Yeti Lane, a less ambient, more direct indie rock band. While this new project fizzled down to a duo, the two remaining members had no problem writing sparkling pop songs, heavily influenced by British prog rock, and full of swirling reverb and the occasional Balkan horns. After releasing its debut album in early 2010, which earned the band accolades, Yeti Lane embarked on an international tour, establishing itself as a reputable live act.
