Born Alexander Glantz, this Chicago based singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist began playing the guitar when he was just eight years old. He grew up performing in a number of bands, honing his skills as he went. In 2018, Alexander was writing and producing music for other artists when he decided to focus on his own music instead, and Alexander 23 was born. He was signed by Interscope and released his first single, "Dirty AF1s," which was featured on Spotify’s New Music Friday playlist. A string of singles soon followed, culminating in the release of his debut EP, I'm Sorry I Love You, in October, 2019. Performing as the opening act for Alec Benjamin's Outrunning Karma Tour soon after the release of his first single, Alexander 23 shot to fame in the world of bedroom pop within just a few months of his debut as a solo artist.
