Puppy Yoga is BACK! Being led by the charismatic Nikki Terry, we have joined forces with three remarkable nonprofits - Billie's Buddies, Halfway There Rescue, and Fighting Chance Ranch and Rescue - to create a unique and impactful experience. In Puppy Yoga sessions led by Nikki Terry, participants engage in traditional yoga poses and stretches while surrounded by a playful pack of puppies. These furry friends add an element of spontaneity and happiness to the practice, encouraging participants to stay present and enjoy the moment. Nikki Terry's sessions are known for their positive and inclusive atmosphere, making them accessible to people of all fitness levels and ages. The class starts at 10:30 and will last about an hour. The class includes a FREE 10oz draft beer.Things to remember:Bring Your Own Mat and Water: Participants are required to bring their own yoga mats and water bottles. Mats provide a clean and comfortable surface for yoga, and staying hydrated is essential during the session.Arrive Early for Parking: To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, it's advisable to arrive at least 15-20 minutes early to allow ample time for parking. This ensures that the session can start promptly at 10:30 am without disruptions.Sign Off on Waiver: All participants must sign a waiver before joining the Puppy Yoga session. This waiver acknowledges the risks associated with physical activity and interaction with animals. It's important to read and sign this waiver to participate in the event.Leave Your Dog at Home: While the event involves adorable puppies, it's essential to note that participants should not bring their own dogs to the yoga session. The focus is on interacting with the rescue dogs provided by the partnering nonprofits, such as Billie's Buddies, Halfway There Rescue, and Fighting Chance Ranch and Rescue.
