Born in Stockholm, Sweden, pop and jazz singer Caroline Henderson is one of Denmark's most prolific talents. She first tasted fame and success in 1989 as part of the group Ray Dee Ohh. Left to fend for herself following the dissolution of the group, Henderson launched a solo career with the release of the highly successful album Cinemataztic in 1995. Around that time she also began acting in plays and films. Her next album Metamorphing was issued in 1998, followed by Dolores J - The Butterfly and Naos, which failed to have the same impact. Henderson took a new route with the album Don't Explain, which saw her evolve into a full-blown jazz singer. No. 8, released in 2008, charted within the top five in Denmark. In addition to being a commercially successful artist, she has also been the recipient of the Order of the Dannebrog.
